    Co-Living centers or “Communities” is where like minded individuals Co-Live Hassle free because all amenities are included in the monthly fees. 

    You can apply for housing by visiting our website and completing the online application form. If you have a co-habitant each will need to apply.

    Our rental rates vary depending on the type of unit, location, Amenities requested. Please visit our website or contact us for more information.

    Typical rates of deposits are one month rent.

    Pets aren’t allowed in all of our communities, however, we do accommodate small pets that fall under the “Hypoallergenic” breeds. Under 25Lbs Pet Rent is $50-$100 (Weight Dependent, Vet letter required with weight, breed and shot record Certification).


    Pet Deposits ($300-$500) Depending on weight.  


    Deposit Waiver Application (ESA - Emotional Support Animal) ESA’s may qualify for a deposit waiver. Pet Rent Still Applicable.
